Looking Ahead - Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes

Thanks to the twenty or so people who have so far registered an interest in joining a parish group attending the Leeds Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes from Friday 3rd July to Thursday 9th July.  We will be flying from Leeds/Bradford, staying at the Hotel Solitude.  Single pilgrims are very welcome to join the group - a number of people have already expressed an interest in coming by themselves. Please register your interest as soon as possible with the parish office to ensure a place in the same hotel as the rest of the St Robert's pilgrims.  Late applications will be possible but can't be guaranteed to be in the same hotel.



When the pilgrimage details are released, parishioners will then be able to book directly with Tangney Tours, indicating they are part of the St Robert's group. 

Unfortunately, as everywhere else, costs have risen in recent years and its estimated that the final cost will be around £1100 per person plus a supplement for single rooms. However, the Solitude is a premium hotel which comes well recommended by those who have been on pilgrimage recently and the cost does include flights and full board.
