LEEDS INTERNATIONAL ORGAN FESTIVAL: Join us at Leeds Cathedral for the Leeds International Organ Festival, featuring a series of recitals by outstanding organists from across the UK and around the world. GROWING OLD GRACEFULLY CARERS PROJECT ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP: The support group for unpaid carers will meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 2pm starting on Wednesday 3rd June. Unpaid carers are encouraged to come along to any session to chat and share with each other, including time for prayer - email your interest to carersproject@growingoldgracefully.org.uk and Michelle will send you the Zoom link to join.

YORK CATHOLIC HISTORY DAY 2026: The York Catholic History Day takes place at the Bar Convent in York on Saturday 6 June. The programme begins at 10.30, with registration from 10 am. More information can be found at https://www.crs.org.uk/york-catholic-history-day

BLESSED SACRAMENT PROCESSION & SOLEMN VESPERS:   Sunday 7^th June, 3.00pm, St Mary’s Church, Batley. We will be hosting our annual Blessed Sacrament Procession followed by Solemn Vespers on the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body & Blood of the Lord, 3.00pm. Beginning on the grounds of St Mary’s Primary School and processing to St Mary’s Church for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and the celebration of Solemn Vespers. Refreshments available in the school hall afterwards. 

‘FIRE TO THE EARTH!” 6-DAY PREACHED RETREAT: 10^th-16^th June. Last few places. LEEDS CATHEDRAL GUIDED TOURS SUMMER PROGRAMME: A Free Guided Tour will take place on the following Saturdays during the spring and summer months: 20 June, 18 July and 8 August, when the tours start at 1.30pm. The tour lasts about 1 hour. No booking is required. On arrival please gather by the Baptismal Font at the back of the Cathedral.

BEREAVEMENT ACCOMPANIMENT TRAINING: Elizabeth Prout Bereavement Care are offering a two-day training course in bereavement accompaniment on Mondays 22^nd & 29^th June 2026 at The Briery Retreat Centre in Ilkley.
